* fix GPF in hb_cdxDBOISkipRegEx()
This fixes;
DBORDERINFO( DBOI_SKIPREGEX ... ) & DBORDERINFO(DBOI_SKIPREGEXBACK ...)
I have tested DBFCDX but not BMDBFCDX or DBFMDX as I don't use them.
However the code for them looks like a cut & paste from DBFCDX so they
should be ok.
