IMHO, no .exe should be in the CVS at all. Neither in core, nor even in 
contrib. If it were an open source module, then its source code is what 
should be in the CVS, not an executable. But as it's a propietary closed 
project, then it should be in an external, comercial web site, but not in 
xHarbour CVS nor xharbour.org web site at all.

I'm not against that a rdd that connects to a propietary server could be in 
the CVS (in contrib, of course), just like adsrdd connects to ads server. 
But I'm totally against to host the server itself in our CVS.
