source/vm/maindllp.c to ease pCode DLL features without changing
compiler flags in order to enable pCode DLL features with standard builds.
+ __NO_EXPORT__ constant to hide functions of same name to avoid compiler
confusion during linking time when one has to include imported lib of
pCode DLL into app (mainly C level routines)
