Thanks Liuz, I got "TortoiseCVS-1.10.10.exe" to work on my Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits laptop.
For other developers who want to use Win7 64bits, I had to use the compatibility option of Windows 7 by right clicking on the program file; "C:\Program Files (x86)\CVSNT\cvs.exe" and choose "Troubleshooting compatibility" to get it to work. Windows 7 choose to set it to "Windows XP Service Pack 2" compatibility mode.
