I've converted my own private CVS repositories to SVN recently, using 
CVS2SVN. That is, all CVS history is now in SVN.

If nobody else can't do it, I could try to do. Just sent me a compressed 
file with the original CVS repository and I'll do it. It have to be the 
complete repository folder, not a checkout, as Przemek has said.
