+ function HB_GENC_FUNC( hb_p_pushdatetime ) to use LONG value instead of
int;
this correct DATETIME value when compiling a PRG with -gc3 with certain C
compilers.
This bug has been there for ages.
Example:
previously: {^ 2011/11/09 12:30:00 } returns 11/09/11 00:00:02.455
now: {^ 2011/11/09 12:30:00 } returns 11/09/11 12:30:00.000
