Let's ship 1.0rc1

It'd be good to see 1.0rc1 go out this week, we really need a release 
under the Xindice name. Is there anything major that still needs to go 
into it?

The one thing I need to do is update some of the collection paths in the 
examples and docs to take into account the removal of the default 
collections.

I'm know we still have issues, but I'd really like to get this out so that 
people will start using it. What do you think?
