We have not been able to (after two attempts) get Catalina working on top of Avalon-Phoenix. Issues were interface/impl separation and classloader.
If there were a Juggernaut one that could be saved, and that is not another son-of-acme-serve, then it might be nice to see it survive as a phoneix block.
This is a possibility. The Juggernaut HTTP server is fairly simple and has a small footprint on its own. It is *not* a Servlet compliant system though, but could (probably easily) be converted to such.
