[ANN] Jetty in CVS

For the few of you who don't read commit messages, I've just added Jetty 
to our repository, mimicking (well, copying shamelessly is a better 
description actually... :-) the Cocoon environment.

Please try it out and LMK if it works for you. For the Unix guys, 
./xindice.sh should be pretty self-explanatory, I tried to write it in a 
 init.d way. MS users might be a bit out of luck: I have no Windows 
machine handy, so I could just make a wild guess on what to do. Please 
feel free to correct everything.

Once we have a stable setup, I will update the docs.
