IIRC generating the static pages (forrest site) takes forever (several minutes).
I've written a document outlining how to use forrest for the documentation
(http://xml.apache.org/xindice/dev/doc-contributing.html) but it requires
Tomcat.
I think that Forrest comes with Jetty and it's certainly much more easier to
use.
Could someone update the documentation to reflect the latest Forrest version
(and usage)?
This will help everyone.
