It appears that it is an internal error with the XMLObject URI.  As a test,
I hard coded
the URI "xmldb:xindice:///db/test/Hello" in the method and the
HelloWorldXMLObject
executes.  I will (hopefully) have a fix for it soon.

The problem arises in both 1.0rc1 and 1.0final.
