Hi Imtiyaz,
Use version 1.1b, it is newer and better and has the .war file.
If you follow the instructions in the documentation (see the url's I sent you) you'll be doing fine.
You can build a .war file, rename it to "xindice.war" and put it in the topcat webapp directory. It is all in the manual. If you don't understand the manual, or can't find the downloads, let us know and we'll try to explain.

because i have xml-xindice version 1.0
but in this there is no .war file or dist folder is present after intallation
