Its a bug with XUpdate if the select statement fails to select an item it
doesn't clean up after its self and leaves the temporary tree. Not much you
can do other then not create updates for elements that don't exist in the
documents that you are updating.

Thank Vadim for response!!!
Now, it is work!!!
I'm very happy! I have also correct the line:
String xupd = "<xupdate:modifications version=\"1.0\"" +
" xmlns:xupdate=\"http://www.xmldb.org/xupdate\">"
in:
String xupd = "<xupdate:modifications version=\"1.0\"xmlns:xupdate='
http://www.xmldb.org/xupdate'>"
Now the strange thing is that it doesn't make a new node "commento" after
node "id", but it makes a new node:
<temporaryXUpdateTree><commento>Bel
libro</commento></temporaryXUpdateTree>
at the end of the file.
Why???
Thank for help!
Bye
