Xiphos 4.0.6a Windows-only release. An error in the compiler has been accounted for, causing 1st-time user crash during module manager refresh of the Crosswire repository.
https://github.com/crosswire/xiphos/releases/tag/4.0.6a (Any developers using g++ 6.3 in your project, you want -fno-delete-null-pointer-checks. Its lack will bite you sooner or later. This is the 2nd project in which I've run into this problem.)
