[xiphos-users] The personal commentary editor

I mentioned in my last post that I have some problems with the personal
commentary editor. Here is another.
Again, the editor is:

Webkit Editor, Xiphos
  4.04
Replacement for gtkhtml editor

I like to insert the occasional Greek or Hebrew word in a personal
comment. In the comment on Mark 7:27. the text I input was

"The term used here is κυνάριον, not the mor common term, κύων."

   The note looks correct. The comment completed, I use Ctrl-s to save it.
Then, I want to edit the comment to correct the misspelling. When I bring  
the
note up in the editor, the text I typed in now appears as

"The term used here is κυνάριον, not the mor common term,
κύων"

Plainly, something is amiss. Can someone point me in the right direction to
help to resolve this?  Thanks for any help.
