data yg di excel bisa "tidak perlu diformat" tapi di konversi misal *C3 *harus berupa tanggal yg akan dipakai pengisi mail-merge di word tanggal di excel* jangan ditulis di C3* tetapi di cell lain *misal A3* lalu di *C3 ditulis =TEXT(A3,"DD-MMMM-YYYY")* hasil / tampilannya di cell C3 adalah data type teks misal "20 September 2009" sesampainya di Word harusnya masih tetap seperti itu.
