Kalau data tidak terlalu banyak (sampai ribuan row), bisa dicoba array formula
ini:
=sum(if(--Range_data>10,1,0))
akhiri pengetikan dengan ctrl+shift+enter sehingga formula akan nampak diapit
kurung kurawal {}
