use smtp-authentication, pop before smtp or just don't relay for anyone

test it by typing
# telnet yourmailserver 25
helo blah
Mail From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Rcpt to: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
DATA
Subject: test
From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
To: suelz

blah test
..
