Empty the smtprelay.tab file and clients will have to send
authentication to send e-mail outside of the local domain.

If I understand correctly you have a real address on the internet that
has port 1300 mapped to your internal address of the xmail server on
port 25. If this is correct then your clients will be able to send mail
to xmail and it will be able to send them to the outside world but
servers on the internet will not be able to send mail back to xmail,
they won't know to connect to port 1300.

Because you are using port 1300 you don't really need to worry about
spammers, they usually only look for open servers on port 25.
