Tim,
Insert a # before "DefaultSMTPGateways" "213.120.114.85" to disable that option. You are sending outgoing mail back to yourself, the cause of the mail-loop. Without that parameter xmail will look up with dns the mail exchanger for the domain you are sending to and send the mail there. DefaultSMTPGateways is for dumping all of your mail onto another server and have it take care of sending it to the appropriate mail exchangers.
