Hi, I'm still having the problem, with all emails where the recipient is in a mailing list. Could it be down to a setting in my server.tab?
Here is a header from an xmail response, from my ISP's mailbox START -------------------------------------------------------------- +OK 1 3779 retr 1 +OK Return-Path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Delivered-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Received: (qmail 16712 invoked from network); 30 Apr 2002 07:38:53 -0000 Received: from unknown (HELO mx.last.plus.net) (212.159.3.230) by exhibition.plus.net with SMTP; 30 Apr 2002 07:38:53 -0000 Received: (qmail 29200 invoked from network); 30 Apr 2002 07:25:58 -0000 Received: from nimbus9.internetters.co.uk (207.228.254.9) by mx.last.plus.net with SMTP; 30 Apr 2002 07:25:58 -0000 Received: from x35.xmailserver.org (x35.xmailserver.org [208.129.208.51]) by nimbus9.internetters.co.uk (8.11.6/8.11.1) with ESMTP id g3U7ZDi28106 for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Tue, 30 Apr 2002 03:35:13 -0400 (EDT) Received: from x35.xmailserver.org (127.0.0.1) by localhost.localdomain with [XMail 1.8 (Linux/Ix86) ESMTP Server] id <S3D189> for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> from <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Tue, 30 Apr 2002 00:49:04 -0700 Received: from ibis.city-map.de (62.116.172.149) Received: with ECARTIS (v1.0.0; list xmail); Tue, 30 Apr 2002 00:48:54 -0700 (PDT) by xmailserver.org with [XMail 1.8 (Linux/Ix86) ESMTP Server] id <S3D182> for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> from <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Tue, 30 Apr 2002 00:48:53 -0700 X-AuthUser: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Received: from henrik (62.155.189.190) by mail.city-map.de with [XMail 1.7 (Linux/Ix86) ESMTP Server] id <SB3256> for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> from <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Tue, 30 Apr 2002 09:34:26 +0200 Message-ID: <034401c1f019$c82374a0$[EMAIL PROTECTED]> From: "Henrik Steffen" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> References: <002c01c1f018$be658490$0100a8c0@pcrs> Subject: [xmail] Re: PLEASE HELP, URGENTLY! Any more suggestions? Darren this is probably an easy question to answer. When I receive an email for someone on my domain, but the TO: field has a mailing list address in, and the actually recipient name is specified further up in the header. example below : The message was for [EMAIL PROTECTED], but it got sent the postmaster, is there a way to tell the system to check other parts of the header. im using this method of pop collection : "?crouzet.co.uk,crouzet.co.uk,crouzet.f9.co.uk" "czt_mail" "my_pop_server.net" "crouzet" "XYZ..." "CLR" Many Thanks for any help.
