User definable by command switches.. But in your case I would use the ..psynctrigger file since you are using ISDN dialup... So when connection is made run a batch program copiing .psynctrigger into mailroot and mail is fetched.
Did you figure out how to send mails to the outside .. Trough ISP-SMTP or doing your own DNS queries??
