Well, it still doesn't come from the http proxy service of the server. =
In that case it comes from the smtp service (sendmail, xmail or similar =
and NOT a http proxy).

The point is that the proxy server usually puts some headers at the =
beginning of the transmission like X-Forwaded-for, Date etc.... This is =
before the EHLO or HELO command.
