Another comment from the RFC nerd ;-) According to RFC 1893 (i can not enough encourage you to read RFCs 821, 822, 1893, 2045-2047, it is _great_ if you have problems falling asleep) it is a list problem:

(end of quote) The leading '5' indicates a permanent error.
