The problem is network related, your server isn't receiving any packets from
SLSINET.SLS.LIB.IL.US according to the tcpdump.  What does the traceroute
look like?

I sent an email to  [EMAIL PROTECTED] and it hasn't bounced back yet.  If
there smtp server was running on port 465, it would have timed out by now.
I highly doubt that is the case.

I digged up a little more info on the problem.  It seems the IMAP server I'm
having problems connecting to runs on non-standard ports.  Their SMTP server
runs on port 465 and their IMAP runs on 993.  I'm really at a loss here...
I've tried every setting and still can't get them to recieve any of my
emails.
