Chris,

First of all you do not want to restrict access to POP, since this is the
service where you can fetch you own mail in your own mailbox in Xmail.
You'll have to restrict SMTP. Someone is dropping messages onto SMTP.
Check smtprelay.tab -> restrict non locals. (If you don't have externals
allowed to send in mail)
If you cannot do this then there is only one good solution: enable
smtp-authentication. (We have had a lot of discussions about this on this
forum). People have to authenticate before they can drop messages on SMTP.
Other solution= Spammers.tab or spam-adress.tab check the docs
