How can Xmail make the disitinct difference about a message that is outbound
and one that is inbound with config underneath??

You have two options ( maybe more ). One is to setup custom domains that
redirect messages for those domains to the dedicated servers. The other
one is to have real accounts on the XMail machine that, using the
mailproc.tab capabilities, redirect mail to other servers. I would suggest
option 1 if you have a lot of accounts frequently changing, while 2 if you
have a pretty static environment.
