Oh, man! Been reading the thread from hell over this on another list. You have to get your ISP to change your PTR to not look like it belongs to any sort of cable/dial/dsl connection. They are scanning the PTR record and claiming that there is no reason for cable/dial/dsl users to ever directly connect to one of their servers.
