But *R* != W

If I want test and I have the "R" perms, then I will test the *R* perms,
with an account having *RW*.

I think it's good to have all new created lists open by default for test
purposes. If you create the list you have to care about open/close
state.

I have had the same issue, why is not ClosedML set by default to 1 when
= list is created?
