You need to run it from=20 the command line since the debug output goes to stdout and not to a=20 file. To enable logging you need to add the appropriate switches. Try: |export MAIL_ROOT=3D/var/MailRoot /var/MailRoot/bin/XMail --debug -Md -Pl -Sl -Fl -Cl -Ll | Note that the second character of each switch is a lower case "L".
