Using DNSBLs is the simplest way to block most spam. You can block
probably better than 90% of it just by adding this directive to
server.tab (watch the wrap and use a real tab):

"CustMapsList"
"cn-kr.blackholes.us:1,dnsbl.sorbs.net:1,sbl.spamhaus.org:1,bl.spamcop.n
et:1,list.dsbl.org:1,relays.ordb.org:1,cbl.abuseat.org:1"

This is also a *lot* less resource intensive that using a filter.

For concrete evidence, check the smtp log. Every rejected message will
have a status indicating rejection, e.g.:

"SNDRIP=EIPMAP (dnsbl.sorbs.net)"
