Ahhh, I didn't have the EXPORT part in mine, but I'm not even sure it's in =
the right place.

One of my RH8 boxes locks up every couple of days, I'm only assuming that =
it's this kernel error (the other one's been running flawlessly for a =
while now).

Can I put it right above the XMAIL_ROOT=3Dblahblahblah or should it be in =
the start_mail header? Specifics would be a huge help.

I checked the forum and found this: It asks where someone has the LD =
statement, but doesn't confirm where it should be

<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<snip>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
What is the output of
uname -a

Replace your=20
export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=3D2.4.1
by=20
export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=3D"2.4.1"

Where is your export statement located? In your XMail startup script ?
Sure that THIS script is executed?

Thanks in advance gang!

Do you use Kernel > 2.4.1?
If yes, put=3D20
export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=3D3D2.4.1
into your xmail startup scripts.
