Verner, I think I understand what you are wanting now... spam-address.tab restricts mails based on the FROM:, not the IP of the connecting smtp server. You want to deny delivery based on the DOMAIN of the delivering smtp server, not it's IP address, like smtp.ipmap.tab does.
I think the short answer is: you can't do this. You can restrict the domains IP range in smtp.ipmap.tab, but that is as close as you are going to get. Alternatively, you may be able to write a filter that rejects the message after it has been delivered. Today, there is no way, that I am aware of, to deny delivery of a message based on the transmitting server's domain name/suffix.
