And (filters.in) when a message is being 'delivered' to a mailing list, 
even though there is no mailbox delivery here (mailbox or SMTP delivery is 
only performed for each list member).

There is a difference here between a "U" user with a redirect-only 
mailproc.tab and a "M" user.
