This is what some english speaking people don't understand. Probably because they never had to learn another language than theirs. Not only is it very hard for some human to understand the technical documentations in their own language but it's even harder in a foreign language (yes english *is* still a foreign language for many of us). Many thanks to those that don't forget it and make it easier to localize when it can be usefull !
