Do you have all windows updates and service packs installed? You can also try 1.25-pre06 from http://www.xmailserver.org/xmail-1.25-pre06.win32bin.zip Replacing the EXE and DLL files should be enough to test (if you want to USE 1.25-pre06, you should change your configuration).
