A true 'business' professional IAP (for Internet Access Provider, more
precise than ISP) is one that can provide fixed Ip :)
If you ISP can't then change :)
I know that it's not allways possible to change (main factor can be =
cost to
have the option for fixed IP) but this 'professionnal' service comes
generaly with many others (most important are 'reliability', 'recovery =
time'
and 'real specialists in support')

An alternative 'mid-pro' could be one that provide 'reverse' dyndns if =
no
fixed
