Parsing history.dat

[TKMAME]

Attached is a small utility to get information on a game in the
history.dat file that comes with mame.  Place parse_history and
history.dat in the same directory at run it like this:

$ ./parse_history frogger

Here is a sample output:

History Information for frogger: 
 
Manufacturer: Sega (Konami)  
Year:         1981 
Format:       Raster Horizontal
 
Designed by Konami Japan
 
Frogger was licensed for production in the US by Sega.
