Doh! I am _so_ stupid some times.
Commenting drivers out of driver.h will work fine if you only comment
them out when it is #included for the drivers, not for the headers.
The MAME team used a dirty recursive #include trick to save them making
two copies of the file and having to try to keep them in synch.
I'll get back to whoever was interested when I've finished my
"frameskipper driver" testing for Hans, getting some sleep, going to my
staff meeting, and eventually get back home tomorrow night.
