[Xmame] Redhat Linux 7.2 and Sidewinder gamepad

Well, don't I feel stupid.

All of the previously mentioned problems with my Sidewinder gamepad are solved by 
simply using the -joytype 4 parameter.

I thought I had set that before... Sheesh....
