hi everyone, i try to put xmame.svgalib on my old box to use is as a sort of arcade console and I ran into two problems: The first is, when no mouse is round and mouse_init is called xmame.svgalib causes a segfault. I looked in the code and found the place wheere it is, for anywhone interested the patch is at http://www.unet.univie.ac.at/~a9900470/xmame-0.58.1_svgainput_nomouse.patch
the second problem i ran into is, xmame.svgalib finds no modes, i have no idea what the reason is. vgatest (coming with svgalib) does detect a few modes, my card is a et4000 and svgalib is version 1.4.3 xmame is 0.58.1.
