I think what happen when you did the upgrade was that you didnt have a full _split_ set. The roms you mentioned were all clones of either 'crush' or 'tapper', these were changed between 0.59 and 0.60 (and included in the tarball). The actuall sets for the clones hadnt changed. Drivers for these games would work with the old clone set and the new parent set. You may have got incorrect because you had 'merged' set, which doesnt require clone sets - since they are all in the parent set. In anycase, if you (or anyone) does find any roms which have changed and should have been included please let me know and I'll add them.
