it's made in order to be able to plug any type of interface with it: i like the way
xine is done for example, the functionalities are in xine-lib and the interface in
xine-ui. My tool use the same schema, and i will only develop a command line interface
for the moment.

The language is pure C

For now it's mame exclusive but i had the idea of a more general rom manager when i
started, so everything is here to handle other emulator :)

Thanx for offering your help, but this is my really first *complete* project, so i
would realy like to do everything by myself
Once the version i have in mind will be achieved, i will release sources and
everything for cooperative development, but for now i really want to reach the end by
myself ! :)
