[Xmame] Don't understand how to use Xmess.

Hello !

I'm french and have some problems to read the full doc.

I want to use xmess to run an Amstrad CPC 6128 or 6128+ under Linux but 
I don't understand how to do it.

I have various ROMS :
        firmware f4
        Locomotive Basic 1.40
and
        the 6128+ cartridge : Basic+ Burnin'Rubber
Please help me to run it
