And how is that an xmame problem? Please bug your ISP with this and not the xmame mailinglist.
The error is coming from ZTNET, which hosts x.mame.net. Nothing to do with any ISP.
Links to files in emails is a bad idea. I'm not sure I'd like to use a mail client that allows me to do that.
