[Xmame] Mortal Kombat 3 became slower in 0.87

I'm not sure about the version, but almost for sure I was able to play 
mk3 in ~53 fps (full) since DCS cleanup. Now I've noticed that game 
reaches only ~43 fps ingame, and thus is quite difficult to play. 
Reducing sampling rate to 22050 Hz hasn't helped.
