Well, it does not seem to do antything though. I have made a quick browse through mameworld forums, and found this: http://www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=emuadvice&Number=45852 According to Twisty, it was removed in 0.99u2. It is confirmed by the changelog: Removed -skip_disclaimer since it automatically goes away after the first time execution.
