Hello,
I have not updating libxml2 in quite a long time, so I had
some questions about updating it:
1. According to "xml2-config -version", I am at version 2.4.19. Is
this the libxml2 version I am using? If not, how do I retrieve that
information? It has been quite a few years.
2. What dangers should I be aware of, at a high level? For instance,
should I backup my current libxml2 instance before doing it?
3. I am thinking it will just overwrite my current libxml2. Is this
correct?
4. Will this include a new and improved version of xmllint?
