Ah thanks for clarifying this. Reading this I think we will go forward and build a special non-threaded package for our purposes at a "non-system" location where our own programs may link to other programs on the system won't be able to see it. That way only our programs would be the ones harmed if something were going amiss. Thanks for the reply!
