thanks for your comment. Bad situation. Is it possible to force full dump
generation as workaround?
Could you create bug/task/request for functionality that allows to get
missed incremental dumps? This problem occurs 3 times during last two weeks
and occured a number of times earlier. This problem breaks the idea of
incremental dumps. Its can not be used to restore database state after the
problem occurs.

This certainly does not only affect Wikidata, but most of the other wikis
on the same date. I am not entirely sure if there is such a function as
restarting a specific date though.
